| Description: | Immediate opportunity in Franklin, TN assisting individual with evening bedtime routine. Shifts are 1 hour in the evening. Additional compensation will be discussed based on availability.
Assist individuals with daily living activities at the person's home. Duties performed at a place of residence may include keeping house (making beds, doing laundry, washing dishes) and preparing meals. Will work under the supervision of a Field Supervisor.
Part-time
30-40 hours per week

| Duties: | Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed per company policy.
Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes and dishes.
Perform other duties as necessary.
Follow policies and procedures related to safety.
Conduct visual safety inspections throughout the work day; identify and report unsafe conditions and correct as needed.
Immediately report incidents/injuries to supervisor.
Incorporate safe behaviors into daily work life.
Demonstrate appropriate body mechanics in all situations.

| Qualifications: | High School Diploma or GED.
Nurse Aide Certification required.
Six months to one year related experience.
Licensed by the State of Tennessee.
CPR Certified.
